Adding Ads Javascript into WP

Anyone know how to put Ads code / javascript into WordPress?
I'm using WP as blog host but i'm using my own domain names.
i already know that we can't put ads if we use WP domain.

I thought you can use JS code in WP? Are you getting any errors or is it just blocking the ads?
