Default New Graphics For Site Redesign

All,

New Year, New Design | Web Standards Weblog
Yes, I'm going to redesign, but I need new graphics

I was wondering if you graphic designers can create new graphics for that
site? I'm still not sure what colors I'll be using, but with Photoshop I know its
easy to change (hue, etc.) the colors of a graphic.

So does anyone want to create new "professional" images for my site? If
yes, I will indeed give you full credit, and even a permanent page on that site
dedicated to the redesign, including links back to you.

Basically, the graphics on that site (just the header logo and H1 text) are
the ones I need changed. My current graphic artist is very busy, and I don't
want to over work him

I would like to try my hand at this for ya.
I will need to know how you want the final format and sizes.
Anything in particular besides a "corporate feel"?

Hey Goldjobber!

I've made this into a contest, but so far I guess there isn't any graphics people who
need free hosting for 1 year

CONTEST: Re-Design My Graphics, Win Free Hosting!

Anyway, feel free to help!!!!

If you look at the current design, you can get a good idea of the "professional quality"
I'm looking for. Sizes can be matched with those images on the site now. Header image
and text images (CSS replaced text) are the sizes I'd like - BUT... I'm totally open to
ANY new, fresh ideas!!!

PNGs for transparencies (JPG are ok too for normal images, but prefer PNG) - and I'd like to keep
the original PSDs in case I need to change any text or such on an image.

I'm going to come up with a color pallet - but I'm like totally open to fresh ideas, as long
as the color contrasts can stand up to accessibility testing

You see, the site is now switching between XHTML 1.1 and XHTML 1.0 Trans for "dumb"
browsers via my PHP scripts. The site also passes (give or take a few marketing scripts
I run - that do NOT affect accessibility/usability, just may flag a testing issue) WAI AAA
conformity

I won't be running this contest for very long, as I have had ZERO takers. I know that if
I've offered a cash prize ($50 or $100) - I'd be sure to get contestants...but my marketing
funds are not available - so I'm offering a free 500MB hosting account as the prize, as I am also a
hosting reseller
