Yesterday I was arguing with few people on a romanian forum about the use of css for h1 . They were saying that google does not allow the resize of h1 tag till 16px lets say for example.
From what I know , google has no problem with h1 resized.

I need some opinions and suggestions.

I agree with you. I haven't experienced any negativ effect while i always resize the <hx> tags. I use them in order to stucture the content and not to drive away my visitors
