Page Rank algo changed ?

Many webmasters are saying they hav lost pr or have not gained as expected. It seems to me page rank algo is changed to be stricter.

What do you think?

Yes, as far I know Google always improving their methods for page rank.

I would not say the algo has changed, I would say though that google are devaluing certain types of links, and looking more at blocking PR from flowing out of sites that sell links etc.
