I have never seen any evidence that such a thing exists. Only that domain age is a major factor in SERPs for any given keyword/phrase.

only few new sites are go to sand box and some sites who make links from links farming sites, they got penalized and sent to the send box.

One good method to get out your site from the google sand box, make the high pr links from good site.

As far as i understand, ONLY sites that appear to have "unnatural linking" get put in the sandbox... and there's no easy way out except to wait. 6-8 months is a typical sentence!

I find it to be a real shame about the confusion around the Web as to what the term "sandbox" means. Google, of course, would not admit to it and I do not blame them. But there are so many different definitions of what defines a site to be sandboxed.
