The companies willing to pay the most for Adsense ads are the ones in industries that are a) extremely competitive and b) have high margins.

So companies selling large value products like property can afford to pay more for an ad because a single sale is worth so much.

Ofcourse this is all common sense.

I agree, it totally depends on your niche. I's say finance related and generally high paying products like loans and insurance related.
