No money, no list, no product? Any Suggestions ?

I am new to all this.
Wanna make some money online.

But there is a catch:

No money to spend,
no any opt-in list,
no product to sell !

What to do ???

Any suggestions ?

Welcome to UK WW. The situation is not as hopeless as it sounds. Do you have some skills? The fact that you are very articulate, have access to the internet is a good start.
I will suggest you offer your skills for sale, generate money from there and then use the money to start a website.

I know few things to do, but my best skill is
(I am so good in this, because I practice so much)
laying on the beach and thinking on nothing.
I am really good in this, but it doesn't seam to me
that anybody will give me some money for this.
(But, I have nice complexion!)

I must obviously think for something better.

I can make some websites, graphics, headers, etc.

I make nice paintings (oil and watter-colors),
but no one care about art anymore.

I can start website.

Can you be more specific about what to do ?
(step-by-step will help)

You can paint using water colours and oils.

You can create websites.

Create a website and sell your painting on it.

Also create an ebay store.

Set up a website offering hand made portraits of pets and people in oil or water colour.

People send you a photograph, you turn it into a painting.

How easy is that .

Hey you can even paint on the beach, like many of us work on a laptop outside in the sun. or check their paypal account on the iphone to see how much more they have earned that day than they spent while bumming around at the beach

download it anywhere in the world.

its possible i started like you with nothing, no idea's etc etc, best advice i can give you is read forums take notice of people that know (not the ones that think they do, you'll work out who they are) focus on one site and learn how to promote your site, Traffic is the key to most things online.

Look into affiliate marketing too, its not some thing i was (or am) good at could never seem to get it right, but you learn something new most days in this game. Just a bit of hard work and making good friends helps too, could have done it with out some of the guys here being good to me.
