The closest I came to being scammed it was spuff email to update info in my eBay profile. At that time I was doing a lot of eBay transactions so did not realize right away that someone just was trying to get my credit card info.

The only point that woke me up was that they were asking for the PIN. No merchants will ever ask you for PIN...

They did get access to my eBay account and even posted some stuff for sale under my name the same day.

Good thing that I found it right away and reported, otherwise some people could've lost money...
