Hi my name is Chris, im a college student with alot of time on my hands, I read your post on webdev, and i would love to admin one or even both of your sites. I have oped in alot of mirc channels, along with being an admin on other forums, and im also looking for more experience, and lets face it you need help with promotion as you said before, reply to this message via email and we can discuss cost.
