Would you buy on a high pr or high traffic site?

If you had the choice to submit a link to one of the following, which one would it be: If your answer is, it depends on the site, then choose one of your sites as an example.

1) A site with VERY high traffic but with no PR. 1 million hits per month

2) A PR10 site but with VERY low traffic. 1 thousand hits per month

Which one would it be?

I would go with that option.

There are many more factors you have to consider:
- Relevance to your niche
- quality if the link (contest, banner, footer, directory...)

Unless it's a site completely unrelated to your theme - you must go for traffic...
