Webmasters from countries where PayPal, Moneybooker and other micropayment processing companies are not available usually have a hard time selling services on their website.

Does any one know of alternative payment provider that provide services to some of the countries below:
* Mauritius
* Nigeria
* Pakistan (Or is Paypal now available in Pakistan?)

It will be nice to compile a list of alternative payment services for webmaster from the above counries.

Almost everywhere excluding these countries.
