Can anyone explain the difference between the following two URLs:

www.meandmycat.com | Cat, kitten and felines. Cat care, health, pedigreed cats, breeder search and related free information get it now. & www.meandmycat.com | Cat, kitten and felines. Cat care, health, pedigreed cats, breeder search and related free information get it now. ( Examples )

P.S. They go to the same website?

There is no real differnce between the 2 except for the 'www'.

The only time it can make a difference is when it comes to Page Rank depending on how your backlinks are setup.

Search engines handle the yourdomain.com and the www. yourdomain.com websites hence you need to let SEs know that those are same websites using 301 redirect or set the preferred domain at the Google Webmaster Central.
