For those who use spam filtering software, does it really help in stopping spam emails?

It works, not 100 % accurate and it also filters legitimate emails sometimes

That's the bad thing about spam filtering software, it filters non spam aswell. But as long as it filters a high percntage of spam, i guess that is fine.
