Since the Matt Cutts blog about cracking down on link selling for PR, my link exchange web directory see to be experiencing a new boom in business.

Has anyone noticed an increase in link exchange requests?

Yes, I think people are diverting advert revenue from obvious paid links to subtle link sources such as directories

Tell tale signs such as "sponsored links" , advert, paid link preceeding a link.

That means we have to use such as 'Links' etc tag for our sponsors

It is difficul to track whether the link is paid or not. It is important not mention about link sales on any of the pages.
