As I said, I for one am not interested in the intention, it is the outcome that concerns me and this material needs to be taken out.

I don't know if proxies are illegal or not but i know they have been used for years and easily accessible on the web which would lead me to believe they are not. BTW the site i mentioned proxy.org which links 100's of anonymous web proxies is listed at dmoz.org, are they both promoting illegal activity?

It would seem that google is at fault here or whoever submitted the content to google which will probably be impossible to trace or prove. I think there would be very little you could do besides getting the content removed from google.

Proxies by themselves are not illegal, what IS illegal is using a proxy for gain.

It is the same with many things, ownership is not in itself illegal, it is the use to which you put it that makes it illegal.
