Has anyone had increased traffic or any positive results from submitting their RSS contents to Feedburner?

Yes,
Just like you have web directories and blog directories, there are directories that promote only RSS feeds contents, I think feedburner is the number one site in this segment of website promotion. I have submitted feeds to them and one or two other feeds agreegator befor but I have not seen any noticable traffic from this sources yet.
