U.S. to file piracy case against China
The United States is set to file a formal trade complaint against China after prodding the Chinese for months to crack down on pirated copies of American movies, music and software, news reports said Saturday.
The move, expected next week in a filing at the World Trade Organization, is likely to escalate trade tensions between the two countries.

and that would mean the end of $1 dvd's.
I just got back from there and it would be very interesting to see if it changes anything, but to tell you the truth I have never seen anywhere in the world so much american dislike. As soon as I said that I am australian, totally different treatment.

"Axis of evil" that is drastic, when did that happen? I can only see one country called that and it certainly would not be china.
Trip was ok, but glad to be home. The place I went (Keifeng in Henan Province) was very traditional and chinese nothing like beijing or shanghai where polution is at such level that even on the sunny and clear day you can't see properly putong from the bund.
Anyway I am going slowly get back into my websites development
Cheers

We had this in Barcelona, there are a lot of Asian guys work there, when they discover you are English they seem surprised and appear more friendly, we went into MacDonald's (foolishly) and there was one American guy who was REALLY nasty to a young Spanish girl serving him, he bellowed at her because she couldn't quite understand him, we were later abused by an old man with a raised fist who shouted something along the lines of Americano B*stardo??? couldn't even be bothered to explain we were English and just walked away.

funny you should say that... same holiday in Barcelona, on the beach at a bar, a big group of lager louts with caps and England footy shirts on causing a nuisance, I apologised to the bar man and said that not all English people were this bad, he laughed and explained they were from somewhere like Holland or Denmark ? but I guess they had to pick it up from somewhere
