    I'm lucky because I have never been asked to make a pr10 site so far , but it is really interesting question. I don't know whether you know this resource but I would show it. According to this explanation I think 156 250 pcs PR3 links should be enough

    I think you need much more than 250 PR3 to get PR10.

    That page is also talking about TSPR (topic sensitive page rank) and there is no proof this is any part of the algorithm yet).

    If you could give the Idea Tommy can make new page rank prediction tool. He is looking for seo tools I have read somewhere in the forum
