looks like I have gone crazy with polls today, this is the third one today. Just wondering what OS people have on their desktop PC.

I'm pleased to say I've been using Ubuntu Linux since Sept and I'm very happy with it. Most things just work straight off and it comes with loads of software installed "out of the box".

I had been dual booting with XP but found I hardly ever needed to use it, so when i bought a new hard drive recently I did a clean install and erased my XP partition.
