Default Research in Motion & Google

Research in Motion & Google has announced that the BlackBerry will be equipped for instant messaging, local searching and maps from Google.
In other words, the users will have free access to two Google applications - Google Talk and Google Local.
Google Talk for BlackBerry seems easy enough to use and friendly.
After is downloaded, the users can easy log into the Gmail account, can access the existent contact list to see the friends who are online and send IM to those.
The service can be downloaded on a BlackBerry during this spring. For now the users can download software named Google Local for mobile, which will allow the users to see maps and satellite images, to find local businesses, and receive moving instructions directly on the BlackBerry device.
The images received trough satellite allows the user to zoom for a better view of the land.
This interactive view from satellite gives the opportunity to the user to explore and evaluate the location.
Both Google applications are free.

Thumbs up

Hiya

yeah, I am currently using the BlackBerry 7100v <--- really cool. I wouldn't have used one, but my company is a mobile phone service provider, and they gave them to us as a benefit. I check my emails while am away from the office..and it's instant.. I would highly recommend it

thanks,
T

ps: www.airtimemanager.co.uk is offering a really good monthly contract on the blackberry 7100v and 7290.

I like the moving instruction part of it but I presume you cannot use it and move at the same time
