Affordable hosted newsletter service

Does anyone know a good newsletter service I can use for my site? I was contemplating constant contact but I think its rather expensive. If you know of a good alternative please let me know

I used Constant Contact for a while. What I didn't like is, they require you to post your phone number in every e-mail you send.
