How to attract UK customer lesson 1

Almost every day without failing, I get some junk mail or the other from companies from exotic location offering me some wonderful outsourcing solution that will save me money on my software development cost etc. Since I am on the look out for a good SEO friendly shopping cart software I responded to one such unsolicited email from a company in UK, however the last email from the company is unbelievable, I am sure they attract looks of UK customers this way. Here is the exchanges between the company's representative and me:

Very starnge that a few months ago you wanted to see the same..and we have shown our examples..after that there were no any answer from your side..and during a few months you still have a shopping cart project and nobody has received it...very-very starnge.. i think you have no any project and only want to steal not yours clients.. not very fair business..

A lot of people rip others off, but in this case, I fail to see how you seeing the output html from a php driven shopping cart is going to allow you to steal code?

If he call himself a web programmer and he does not know that you cannot steal codes just by looking at a running client end, then he really does not know anything about web programming
