Free or cheap RSS Feed creator or generator

Hello,

I am trying to use GSiteCrawler to generate RSS Feed but it is not in the right format. When I submit this to Yahoo, it gets errors.

Can any one please show me any free or cheap RSS Feed creator or generator software that I can download?
