To burn out, one would have had to be on fire in the first place. Try not to buy into that silly, "burn out" cop out. Outline your goals, write down baby steps and by sure you've crossed one or two things off your, 'to do' list once a day.
I don't know if this is an actual event that happens to webmasters but I've personally burned out and lost my desire to do much webwork these days. It takes me a lot of motivating and pushing myself to do the simplest of tasks on my sites and there have been days when I haven't even visited some of them.
Has this ever happened to anyone else?
BTW, I know I'll come out of it eventually, it's just that I've taken some hard knocks this past year, have a To Do List that has gotten way out of control and yet the ideas keep rolling in. If I actually realize all the thoughts in my head in regards to creating new sites, I'll have a whole network of no less than 20 sites within the next few years. Is this normal?

It's not a cop out d00d, it's lack of desire. I'm not suscribing to any ideology here, just outlining my current state of malaise. Essentially I've hit a wall and I'm having a bit of trouble with it.

Thanks for the responses.

I know what you mean Duke, I had that spell with LifeSupporters in the winter but now that we're making these new connections and getting to work on stuff that I really enjoy, the enthusiasm has come back. We just have to pace ourselves, just think of what the end result will be, that's what puts a smile on my face!
Get burnd'nt out after blowing 2-3 million, recklessly. Not after you just scored your first monthly check.
Come on, guys!
No sympothy, here!
I've been where you've been.
Come on. I'm rooting for you. Get off your a*s!
