Alexa recent changes

Have the recent changes to Alexa processes affected your ranking?

yeah quite alot on my Tottenham forum but i put that down to not many webmasters visiting it, i dont really monitor my sites for alexa rank anymore though, only time i use it is if im buying a website as a ruff guide.

It couldn't get rougher than using Alexa Riverwire - a finger in the air is probably more accurate. Only kidding!!!

yeah tell me about it lol, its too easy to manipulate however i haven't seen what the new changes are so that might have changed ?

I agree with you both, its not an accurate measure of traffic, but the problem is alot dont know that. So if your selling a site or links/ads to the site some judge by Alexa ratings.

As for the OP question. Alexa has no bearing on rankings what so ever.
