I think the firefox is becoming a victim of its popularity, this opens it up to more intense scrutiny.

Yep. The more its user base grows the more problems it may face. Hopefully they'll manage to keep on top of it though..

They aren't doing too badly considering the rate of updates. Firefox 1.0.4 is the latest update I believe that came up sometime this week to cover some loopholes.

It did, if your using a previous version of Firefox, all you have to do is click on the icon in the upper right hand corner of your browser and it'll update and install automatically.

This is only the beginning though, Firefox has about 6% of a userbase by comparison to IE I believ. As their popularity grows, so will the hax, you can count on it.
