Good UK Weather Widgets?

I'm designing a website which will have widgets for the weather for certain areas of the country. I've looked up and down to find them, but the best looking I can find is here:

Canadian and US Weather - iBegin Weather

Which is ideal, but it doesn't do uk addresses.

Anybody know of either a java app that does it for places in the UK, or a php which pulls the RSS feed from - say - the bbc and prettifies it?
