Google greedy ?
Google is trying to get the domain name Froogles.com off the legal owner even though he registered the domain way before Google started their Froogle. I personally think Google is taking the Mickey here, what do you think?

I never bought their line of BS in the beginning, and I'm not about to start now. I've dealt with their ad reps for too long now, and you wanna talk about, "evil"...
This is a perfect example of corporate muscle being used to bully down the little guy. They keep this up and we can start calling them Ghoulgle.

Has happened. The guy registered froogles.com 3 years before Google did froogle. He runs it, and when Google registered Froogle, he did them for trademark infringement. They in turn brought the bully boys into play and tried to take his domain off him. Thankfully they found in his favour, so he kept the domain. NOW they are suing for passing off, but have told them that if he drops the trademakr case, they will drop theirs.
Shame on you Google I say.
