Do You Use Automated Link Services?

I have used automated reciprocal linking services, and have determined
that those links - 1,000s of them - deem no SEO value. I have had them
for years, and no real IBL (Incoming BackLinks) stats to show for them.
I have since stopped all reciprocal linking campaigns.

Of course, I'll link to a site because it would benefit my users, and
if they link back - cool. But as far as a marketing plan, I don't
reciprocal anymore.

So my question for you all is this...Do you use automated linking
services in your marketing?

I used this when I was new to webmastering, now any more.

Same here. I've even removed my "link directory" pages from my sites

I cant say i like automated link services as there seems to be no real control of what you link to. I do however use a link manager called lavalinx were you can manage links extremely well
