Factors that can affect SEO ranking

Please add stuff you think can affect a new site achieving good ranking in Google.

1. Domain age (or should this be site age)
2. Domain owner (that the ownership of the domain is taken into account as part of the ranking. IE if an old domain changes hands. If the same person owns a shedload of domains that link to each other etc. not quite the same.

4. Title tags (Bagi)
5. IP adress . if your site is scoring low and it is on a server with other dodgy sites and known spammers, then you might get tarred with the same brush. (OWG)
6. Inbound links quality, qantity anchor text. target page (deep homepage etc. Outbound links, internal navigation structure, internal navigation anchor text, Site file structure. (OWG)
7. Density (OWG)
8. promenance (What does this mean? (OWG)
9. surrounding text. (OWG)
10. Outbound anchor text. (OWG)
11. location of links ona page (OWG)

I belive that content age also work, thought it'is only a conclusion of mine experience. I see that the older things gain more trust and trust suppose to be a very stressed factor in my opinion.
