How would you organise the following list of factors , after their importance for SEO ?

1. Title of the site
2. Text content of the site
3. Backlinks
4. meta tags
5. The main theme / subject of the site
6. The accesibility of site

In my oppinion these factors are the most important when trying to optimize a website for search engines. Of course , I`m happy to listen to any other factores you think are important.

While those are all good suggestions, I think you can pretty much throw all the traditional SEO out the window. Today it seems to be strictly about content, and no matter what, if your site/s drive revenue, you can expect to go up and down in the rankings. They want you to pay for that traffic.
