Hi,

Now we do active link exchange and we receive 300 backlinks a month but we worry if it can lower our PR instead of improving it.

Who knows how many backlinks a month Google allows?

I mean 300 links TO our site from other related sites.

If you site is not a new site this should not be a problem, there used to be something called Google sandbox which delays the benefits of links pointing to a new site for a few months but I do not think this applies to established sites like your.

If you drastically change your content on the site, at any age, AND add lots of links you can still get hurt by raising a flag.

You can build quality backlinks with little outlay this days, just hire one of those link builders

It depends on the manner of the links, if they are all genuine natural links you have not problems
