Ask UK Buys Excite.co.uk

I got a call from a sales guy the other day trying to sell me inclusion in excite.co.uk , he told me ask UK has just bought it and traffic is increasing blah blah blah, this is the second or 3rd time excite.co.uk is being sold in the last few year.
Of course I did not buy advert in it as one of my sites even generate more traffic than excite UK I wonder ask UK bought it
