I am looking for a web designer/SEO specialist to enter a joint venture. I have seen similar offers and the general response is that it is a chancer looking for free SEO. I can assure you this is not the case. I have a proven business model and I am confident that if the required rankings are achieved then we could generate an annual income of £300k after year one. This would grow year on year by circa 70%.
I have done this already via more traditional marketing techniques and it generates me a 6 figure income.
Why do I want a business partner rather than paying for some SEO? I have already paid for some SEO and I don't feel that the incentive is there to maximise the rankings on an ongoing basis. Also, I believe that an internet based business requires a director that understands the internet, websites and search engine optimisation.
What is the business? It is a brokerage in a specialised area of business finance with a few major competitors. The name of the game is lead generation and I believe that this can easily be done via a good website.
I fully understand the market and our potential competitors. I already run a business doing the same but wish to have a seperate business that is purely internet based.
What are the benefits for a propsective partner?
Importantly the business model is both scalable and saleable so once created it could easily be sold so there is a potential exit strategy.
However, it could easily be a very lucrative lifestyle business that generates recurring incomes for the directors. Similar business generate over £1m p.a..
Who am I looking for?
In terms of experience and ability I need someone that can design and maintain a website that will allow fairly complexed quotes to be generated from several lenders. Ideally it will generate leads that will be e-mailed directly to these lenders and these leads will be logged in a data base.
Importantly you will have the ability to get the website ranking at the top of the main search engines.
In terms of characteristics I would like someone who is driven and who has good business acumen. If you have a reasonable understanding of the business finance sector even better.
Where next?
I would like people to make contact and explain why they feel they would be suitable. Any examples of success with previous projects would be appreciated.
I look forward to hearing from you.
Kind Regards
Ian
