What does it take to be a valid Resource or External Link is wikipedia?

the article for - Chevrolet - they let a site in Resources that sells watches but i cant get a site listed for chevrolet parts..

Any secrets/tips to getting your link approved?

solution :

stop wasting your time trying to get a link "approved" on the fountain of misinformation that is Wreckipedia. You just cited an example yourself of how stupid and corrupt it's gotten, particularly on commercial entries

It is not a free one way link system to have a backlink from it. Read their terms and condition. Till now i have never heard this type of question.

you should their submission guidelines.... if you fail to follow it they will not approve you link..

Of course, they will review first your article if it's really relevant and informative to readers. This will take time before your article is approved though it's really worth the effort..

Thanks people, because of i got to know things about wikipedia. But is it a dofollow site and how effective is it?
