Kazaa search - ODP?

I just downloaded kazaa, the peer to peer file sharing software, for the first time and noticed its search service for the web uses dmoz.org .

As kazaa is a popular piece of software do you think many people use it to search the web? Is it possibly a player after google, yahoo, msn ?

I thought Kazaa was currently going through some legal battles and no longer useable.

it may be going through legal battles but it is still useable as far as I can tell.
