I was reading the Scobelizer and he referenced this page. Start.com is an expirimental site mostly made by two interns (now 3) and development is still in progress. If you want to watch a video with the creators, you can go here [msdn.com]: http://channel9.msdn.com/ShowPost.as...ID=90229#90229
