lifesupporters.com is still holding at PR6, despite our ISP troubles. Haven't noticed any thing on the other sites we have.

I have not noticed any PR movements either, the next google dance should be next month

Nothing so far, Hobby-Universe is the same as it was as well. I'll be adding Fragtard to the Lifesupporters.com page just to make sure it see's some PR change if Google does decide to update.

I have noticed google spidering Lifesupporters a lot lately but I'm not sure if it's just increased due to Ad-Sense.

Increase spider activity cannot be due to Adsense, you probably have a new powerful link pointing to Lifesupporter

I thought if you actually told Ad Sense which pages to spider you would see an increase in traffic, of course I could be wrong and prolly am.

I'm a bit out of touch with what is possible and what is not possible with Adsense so you are probably correct
