Copyright/trademark name in a title tag

In the Uk, a guy who's name was 'virgin' and who called himself ' AR Virgin Builders' got sued and lost by Virgin group who said he was using their name illegally. the guy was from cardiff, and was prevented from using his OWN NAME .

Another example.

A guy started a Pizza shop called Easy Pizza. He was sued by Easy Jet Group. Easy Jet group lost because the judge was satisfied that "Easy" is a generic English language word, the guy sell Pizza and not evidence that he is trying to profit off Easy Groups name etc.

Rather interestingly, there is now an easypizza brand run by easyjet. I guess if you can't beat them, join them!

Seems to be only down south though, which is a shame, as I'd love to try the pizzas, providing they don't do what they always do and put oranges on the pizzas (fruit on pizza is wrong).
