SEO Sub contractor wanted

Guys, I don't have as much time as I used to have any more because of two fairly large projects I am working on, for this reason I need and SEO sub contractor who can keep 'the beat' going on one of my pet projects. The site is already successful in its niche, its on page one of all major search engines for targeted keywords. I need a sub contractor who will not only maintain this but improve on it.

The site is in the Internet/SEM niche. I do not have big budget but I expect this contract to last at least till the end of this year, so it will provide a steady income and a good portfolio material for and growing SEO consultant.
