vBulletin iTrader

I have seem the iTrader feature of vB in may vBulettin powered forum. Is it a built in function, a plugin or a hack? I am thinking of adding it to this forum.

I think it is needed to be added separetely , not included as default

Never mind I trader, I think the Reputation plugin is not working. Well I can think of no other reason why no one has positive repped me

Yes, something along this like. In addition to could do better it will also say something like: James has been a very good boy in class but his "excessive exuberance makes him a disruptive influence on the class (or shall we say forum)

In Maths I used to get. "just because he finishes his work very quickly, he seems to think this gives him the right to disrupt the class". My Dad replied
"give him more work then"

Funny enough my wife and I were discussing similar topic a few hours ago. Children who are ahead of their class tends to be disruptive because they are not stimulated (like you in you Maths class) which reminded me of a very interesting reason why a guy was turned down by the Metropolitan Police.
He passed all the test, they did an IQ test and his IQ was very very high. You would think his high IQ will make the Police snap him up, on the contrary, apparently, if you IQ is too high, the Police will not employ you. What the have found is that people with very high IQ get bored with the Police very quickly and leave the force.
