Ok what good is that and what purpose does it hold? We want as many visitors and guest to view our offers but yet they have to post 10 times before they can?

COME ON?

You might as well delete that board, does no good for anyone.

You should be able to view web hosting offer without the need to contribute 10 posts, its if you are a web hosting company that wants to post your offer that you need 10 posts.
Its an important error you just highlighted, I will look into it. Please check the thread again in about 10 mins, you should be able to vie it.
