Guys, i seriously doupt that implementing requirements for being a mod would be necessary. Here is OWG for instance. One of the greatest mind on the whole Internet. He doesn't have too much time for posting but when he does i promise it will take for i while till you will be able to close your mouths....
I understand that UK WW needed fresh faces like *******, but if someone start to create requirements that MUST be fulfilled to stay here as a mod i promise that i WON't fulfill them though i am here for a while and contributed this board quite a lot......

Well it really depends i say.
Now take you for example. You have prooven yourself, so that shows that you are capable of the position. We would be talking of new comers looking for a mod position.

Yes, I ment more for future mods and such, give them the quiz! I dont think any of us would be mods or admins if Temi did not think we could do our jobs and do them well!
Temi knows better me thinks
