nochex.co.uk is an absolute godsend for the smaller online businesses!

It allows you to take credit / debit cards UK only wihtout the user having to sign up unlike paypal.com.

They allow you to transfer the finds into your account for free (usually takes 7 days), no chargebacks, and there's only one fee on the money coming in.

Don't know the %, but form £30, you get £29.01 into your account.

Well as a software vendor, I use regsoft as a payment processor for my softwares! Their fees are a bit high, but the service is good

Definetly a fee can made the service better. It help the company to invest in the service

It is essential for any payment processing company to respond promptly to inquiries and to be customer friendly and reliable. Even few opensource companies in other field provide excellent service and support, though higher fee always not relate with good service.
