Almost everyone is familiar with at least some of the manifestations of web 2.0, even if it is only Facebook, or MySpace, or Flickr. But there is plenty more being tried out by a variety of businesses, from social networking, through podcasts and wikis, to blogs, mashups and RSS. And if so, what and how?
