PayPal survey have you ever participated?

Quite often I get emails from PayPal and some other organisations asking me to take part in user survey, I particularly hate the one send by PayPal with a vengeance, I really really dislike paypal, I use them because of their reach, so completing survey by them is the last thing I will do, but do you?

Have you even completed paypal survey and do you think they have taken you view on board and use it to improve their service?

It seems that my spam protection is better than your Temi, or your memory is far better than mine. Lately there was only one survey i took apart, and this was about 'how to improve google webmaster central'.

It could also be because I use PayPal an awful lot, I have very high volume of paypal usage.
