Hmmm...I have a budget of 1k - 1.5k for the .edu site and less for domain

Or else how can I register .edu domains

Well unless you start your own college in the US, you can't buy .edu's.

I know someone who started one, admittedly, it is an online one and just to be approved and stuff it cost him $30k.

I've also noticed some .edu domains, names of cities, how did they register an .edu ?

P.S: City's are from Europe.
