premiumdomains.com seems to be a legit valuation service...they partner with SEDO and allow their designated premium domains they select to be listed at SEDO as such
i sent 75 domains for their valuation and only 1 came back as premium....based on that i feel they are selective and careful about what qualifies as a true "premium" domain

a premium domain name is the one which have less letters and have a signification
