$2000 is quite expensive

Why are h1b domains so expensive?

H1B is the name of the USA non-immigrant visa category.
It allows US companies to employ specialists in some job categories.
I dunno much more than that, we studied something about them in the International Law classes but I don't remember it clearly.
Anyway, those domains aren't worth 2 grand. But our friend thinks they are.

The main problem is that the visa can be given only by the US Goverment and not some company. And getting them is free (if you're chosen of course).
But those companies actually charge for getting you a visa, which is crazy.
