I am looking for .edu domain registration. Can anyone tell me where I can find out this? I have check with big domain registration Service Company. But I did not find out the option for .edu. If anyone has any knowledge about this, please inform me.

To register a .edu domain you MUST be entitled to it. IE a recognised educational facility. Normal members of the public are not entitled to them.

my client has legal permission from govt of Bangladesh to eastablish an university. so, how i can get it?

then you need to follow the set procedure. it includes ensuring that you are entitled to it, IE on the list.
